We have created four patchwork quilts as part of an R&D project we worked on a while back, and they are now ready to be gifted to Sistah Space, a Hackney-based charity that supports women experiencing domestic violence. In the spirit of love thy neighbour, these quilts—bright, colorful, warm, and soothing—are a gift of love, stitched together by many hands.
At Quilt Club, we love to have ongoing group projects so that newcomers can settle in with a quiet, meditative task as they ease into the space. Working around a quilt frame offers a gentle, supportive environment, where creativity and community come together in every stitch.
